Competition of Women in the Workplace: Mean Girls or Allies? (AMA – Triangle)
Women do not face competition at work from only men. From gossiping to gaslighting to downplaying successes, female rivalry exists. While some competitiveness can be healthy and lead to growth, do you recognize when it’s toxic? How are our biases, messaging and workplace culture shaping the way women think about and approach competition at work? How can we create an environment where women support one another genuinely and everyone is encouraged to be their authentic selves?
Join AMA Triangle on Wednesday, March 20th from 5:30-7 pm at North Carolina Central University for a candid conversation exploring female rivalry in the workplace and what we can do to dismantle a “mean girls” environment.
