Current & Future State of DEI: Opportunities and Connections (AMA Triangle NC Chapter)

Current & Future State of DEI: Opportunities and Connections (AMA Triangle NC Chapter)

AMA Triangle, in partnership with TEKsystems and National Sales Network Raleigh (NSN), is hosting a thought-provoking event that addresses the current dynamics surrounding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in today’s workplace. As many organizations scale back or discontinue DEI programs, this event will highlight why DEI remains critical, the tangible return on investment (ROI) it delivers, and how individuals can champion these values in evolving professional landscapes.

Join us and make meaningful networking opportunities with hiring managers and talent in the community that care and prioritize DEI practices through hiring, career development, training, and more. We’ll discuss the current state of DEI, the ROI of having a DEI strategy, and sharing resources that can help with your DEI goals. TEKsystems will be hosting the event and providing an overview of their Marketplace Diversity Solutions to include intentional DEI hiring practices, upskilling and early career development, and training.

Event Highlight:

  • Timely Discussions: Explore the challenges posed by the scaling back of DE&I initiatives and hear from industry leaders about sustainable approaches to maintaining inclusivity and equity.
  • ROI of DE&I: Gain a deeper understanding of the long-term benefits DE&I brings to innovation, employee engagement, and organizational success.
  • Networking Opportunities: Meet recruiters and hiring managers who value DE&I and are eager to connect with candidates passionate about fostering inclusive environments.
  • Skill Development: Discover how to showcase your DE&I-related skills and experiences, positioning yourself as a forward-thinking professional in a shifting market.

Attendees will leave with actionable insights into navigating the current DE&I landscape, strategies to advocate for inclusion in challenging environments, and expanded professional networks to advance their careers.
