Adriana Puralewski, Ph.D.
Adriana holds a PhD in Plant Physiology, with a strong background in plant pathology and molecular biology. With over 15 years of experience in agriculture and biotechnology, she’s built a dynamic career at the intersection of science, innovation, and strategy. Her expertise spans crop protection, sustainable ag solutions, and market expansion.
As Business Development Manager at Staphyt, Adriana drives the company’s growth across Brazil and Europe. She works closely with global ag innovation companies supporting product development, navigating regulatory pathways, and accelerating market entry. Passionate about bridging science and business, Adriana connects ideas, opportunities, and people across the ag landscape.
Michael David, Ph.D.
Mike David brings over 20 years of experience leading agricultural research teams for global agricultural organizations. As Managing Director for Product Development at Global Agriculture Development Corporation (GADC), Mike connects ag-tech companies with GADC’s network of affiliated consultants, labs, and field operations to bring products from early stage through to regulatory submission. Handling these critical studies, GADC takes the burden off ag-tech companies so they can focus on discovery and new innovations.
In 2023, he founded Quant-Agro to provide support for early-phase/discovery organizations developing chemical and biological crop pest control agents, seed treatments, plant health compounds, and biostimulants. Mike holds a Ph.D., Environmental Chemistry from University of Nevada, Reno, and a M.S. in Environmental Science and a B.S. in Biology.
