Test Flight Pitch Practice at First Flight
Just about every early-stage startup knows they will need to hone their pitch to potential investors, customers and other interested parties. But where can you go to practice your pitch and get better before actually asking for money? That’s why we created Test Flight!
Test Flight is pitch practice for companies in the First Flight Venture Center entrepreneurial ecosystem. We invite an audience to observe pitches from up to two companies. The audience includes our Navigators, angel investors, non-dilutive funding groups, customers and other relevant reviewers to ensure the companies get meaningful, impactful feedback so your pitches continue to get better! Test Flight is open to the Startup Community!
This month, First Flight is proud to host;
Alexander Judson
Alexander Judson is going through our Propeller cohort at Western Carolina University and is participating in a pitch competition there. He “seeks to create a behind-the-ear, low frequency, resonance device that would act as a tool for individuals with ADHD to ignore environmental noise and regain control of their focus, while maintaining a state of inconspicuousness. This product would differ from other similar products in the market, as it would allow them to take the frequency with them wherever they go, without appearing to be not listening when in social environments.”
John Starke
“MyMatR has developed the next generation of smart waste containers for public spaces that automatically sorts trash and recycling at the source of disposal. This device improves recycling efficiency at the source of disposal, providing a positive impact on the environment”
Matt Lavin
