Over the last 27 years, The Chamber has visited 17 other cities and communities across the U.S. to explore best practices and benchmark against some of the top places in the country. These InterCity Visits have been very beneficial to us here at home including; downtown revitalization, public/private partnerships, world-class sports facilities, and ideas to shape the vision for our future.

As Cary continues to grow and mature, we must remain vigilant in our study of other areas. Topics for this year’s visit include such things as new development, redevelopment, public-private partnerships, innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
