How to Think About Interaction and User Experience (Virtual) (Triangle UXPA)
Every interactive device, artifact, and system is designed. Every interactive artifact that is used by someone leads to a user experience. We are today faced with a diverse set of thinking about human experiences in general and, in particular, user experiences of interactive systems. In this talk, Erik will introduce a simple model that makes talking about UX easier and makes it possible to explain the complexity of UX to newcomers to the field and all kinds of stakeholders. The model helps answer questions such as: What is a user experience? Can you design experiences? How do the qualities of interactive products, such as functionality, usability, and aesthetics, relate to or even cause experiences? And how can they be measured?
