Chad Parker, Managing Director, Gensler
Chad has more than 20 years of experience in interiors and base building projects. A Registered Architect, Chad has led a variety of award-winning design projects, including hospitality, corporate headquarters, life sciences, and mixed-use developments. Having co-founded a local design firm prior to joining Gensler, Chad utilizes his experience as a business owner to understand the challenges that clients face and to advise them on their design vision, as well as on the operational and budget implications of design decisions.
Kimarie Ankenbrand, Managing Director, JLL
Kimarie is the Broker Lead of the Raleigh-Durham office and works with corporate users to develop real estate solutions to help solve complex business challenges, enable cultural and organizational change, and achieve sustainable financial results. Kimarie is responsible for growing the JLL Raleigh business, acquiring and developing top talent, and fostering an innovative and inclusive culture. Her corporate experience and analytical background bring a skill set that is beneficial in helping clients grow their businesses and navigate complex real estate transactions that have a direct impact on their workforce.
Jade Franklin, Vice President of Strategy, Alfred Williams & Company
In her role, Jade works with clients to align their business goals with their workplace needs. She is also the host of the Work Points Podcast. Jade joined Alfred Williams & Company after a successful 16-year career at Knoll (now MillerKnoll) in sales, business development, and workplace strategy. In addition to her work with clients, Jade regularly speaks at industry events about the future of work, hybrid work, and employee experience.
