We recommend bringing 4-5 people (max!) from your team, ideally those who deeply understand your product, customers, and go-to-market strategy. We also ask that anyone who attends commit to being present for all the workshops.

We price based on the size and maturity of your company (i.e. more products = more complex, larger team = more required team alignment, etc.)

By the end of our process, you’ll get:
1) Kickoff meeting, weekly meetings, and final presentations (held via Google Meet with transcripts + recordings)
2) Report analyzing your current GTM strategy, sales history, and current lead and sales pipelines

Yes, we find that customer interviews are an important source of information to identify the top 3 use cases.

We will attempt to conduct nine (9) 30-45 minute interviews with your prospects and customers during the three week interview window of your project.

We will ask you to introduce us to your prospects and customers, we find this gets a high (nearly 100% interview rate) and schedule the interviews on a timely basis.

Difficulty in aligning interview calendars or delays in making the introductions may add one or more weeks to the project schedule.

Flywheel Advisors provides services to help you implement the marketing and sales playbooks.

Advisor: regular calls with your leadership team to guide implementation and coach to lead teams to successfully execute the game plans we provide

Consultant: Project-based work to leverage our experience to execute your marketing and sales playbook, including awareness campaigns and activities (ex: event strategy), building an effective lead generation funnel, partner development, sales operations including configuration of your sales teams, sales coaching, configuring your operational systems to support.

Fractional Executive: Hands-on member of your team in a Marketing, Sales and Business Development leadership role, with a bias towards player/coach.
