Community Success Forum 2023 (Raleigh Chamber)
Community Success Forum 2023
Talent recruitment and retention are top of mind for employers in a competitive labor environment. At the same time, employees are paying more attention to workplace culture. Employers who create a strong, inclusive culture that support employees can recruit and retain skilled talent. This year’s Community Success Forum will highlight best practices in talent recruitment and how to create a corporate culture that supports the retention of top talent. Industry experts will explain how to build a workplace where employees feel connected to the organization and professionally rewarded.
Ron Hetrick, Vice President, Staffing Strategy and Senior Labor Economist at Lightcast, will be our speaker. Ron is passionate about educating companies concerning the labor world that surrounds them. He brings nearly 30 years of labor force economic experience to Lightcast. He had a 20-year career with Allegis Group building and overseeing market analytics and data science teams and was a senior and supervisory economist for 8 years with the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington D.C. Quoted by CBS, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and numerous nationally syndicated news channels and magazines on a near weekly basis, Hetrick has provided analysis for prior Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan, The Council of Economic Advisors to the President, Congress, and numerous Fortune 100 companies and trade associations. Ron presents economic and corporate data findings to large companies, trade associations, and local governments often keynoting conferences on trends in the labor market.
