2024 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) Conference 

This year, the theme is The Focus is The Future, giving us an opportunity to reflect upon the past, analyze the present, but focus on the future of diversity, equity, and inclusivity in the business community and beyond.

Being actively involved in diversity, equity, and inclusivity efforts is critical for our region to attract and retain top talent, build community, and create a strong business ecosystem. This annual conference, presented by the Triangle Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) Alliance, a program of the Raleigh Chamber, provides tools to support the DEI journey in your organization, your personal practices, and the greater community. The conference analyzes how to create, promote, and sustain DEI in the workplace. This conference features a series of panels, breakout sessions led by experts, and opportunities to learn, build, and connect with a DEI lens. It is the Triangle DEI Alliance’s goal to ensure the Triangle region is the most diverse, equitable, and inclusive region possible – join us!
