So much in business is about tangible results – things we can see on graphs, hard data, and processes we follow to get to our goal. The practice of Emotional Intelligence is about the intangible assets (the things we can’t necessarily see) that help us get to the tangible results. Topics will include: Empathy, What Motivates Others, Self-Care, and Dealing with Conflict.
