Meet Our Speaker:
Krystina Docil is the Practice Director for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest talent solutions firm. Krystina is a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in the staffing industry. Currently, she leads the marketing and creative practice group in Robert Half’s Raleigh market.
At the start of her career with the firm, she was a Client Solutions Manager for the technology practice group and was also part of the regional internal hiring team in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the country. Her expertise lies in collaborating with clients not only locally but across the nation, specializing in sourcing top-tier talent for marketing and creative roles in freelance, contract-to-hire, or direct-hire capacities.
A pivotal aspect of her role involves consulting and providing strategic advice to clients, leveraging her insights into the ever-evolving market landscape. Krystina takes pride in guiding businesses toward optimal staffing solutions based on current market trends and needs.
Prior to her work at Robert Half, Krystina worked as a Business Consultant at Capital Area Workforce Development and was a Business Development Consultant at NCWorks. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University.
