This month the Hurt Hub invites facilitator, Hannah Strack, to lead a small group discussion on Affirmative Action in the Workplace.

This year, the Supreme Court decided to eliminate the use of affirmative action in college admissions but the ruling does not address employer efforts to foster diverse and inclusive workforces. Business owners should be aware of what the landmark case means so they can make the most informed hiring decisions as possible.
