The “F” Word: Fear in Leadership – what it is and what you can do about it (AMA – Triangle)
Let’s talk about the other F-word – FEAR. We all experience fear. If your intention is to live in happiness, to find abundance, to stand up for something, to spread joy, to be a better leader, then fear is part of your life, and you better get comfortable with it.
None of us can eliminate fear from our lives. But, we can reduce its power over us. We can change the way we relate to fear, understand how we experience it and how it deflates us, so that we meet it head on and get ahead of it in our own way.
The AMA Triangle is excited to welcome Cate Hollowitsch, Chief Marketing Officer at Nesnah Ventures, a family-owned private equity firm, and the author of Confidence Counts. Fear is not the enemy, and Cate will share five traits of fear that she has learned, and then offer five ideas to inspire you on your leadership journey.
Join AMA Triangle on Thursday, September 28th from 4:30-6pm at Raleigh Founded – Gateway to learn about:
- Descriptions of how fear manifests itself in us
- 8 traits of fear
- 5 ideas to help you move through fear
This session is perfect for any marketer in a leadership role or aspiring to become a leader in the future.
