Young Professionals Network Program – Raleigh Crane Watch: Shaping Our Future
Through the lens of young professionals working in various developer companies, Raleigh Chamber’s Young Professional Network will explore the latest projects that are transforming our city’s skyline and creating new and emerging districts in our region. This program for young professionals (ages 23 – 39) will feature 4 industry speakers:
Speaker 1: Mary Ehrenberger, a representative from Kane Realty, will focus on the emerging West End and Dix Edge districts located between Dix Park and Downtown Raleigh while discussing the innovative developments in these areas and the exciting projects that are shaping the future of Raleigh.
Speaker 2: Chase Beard, representing Hoffman & Associates, will delve into the redevelopment of Seaboard Station, sharing insights into the transformation of this area into a walkable, mixed-use residential and retail neighborhood center.
Speaker 3: Morgan Bowie, a representative from Grubb Ventures, will explore the emerging Iron Works district between Downtown Raleigh and Midtown/North Hills discussing the unique characteristics of this district and highlighting the ongoing projects and the vision for the area’s growth.
Speaker 4: Het Patel, representing the Department of Transportation, City of Raleigh, will provide insights into the New Bern Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project currently underway to highlight the transformative future envisioned with BRT in Raleigh, emphasizing the positive changes it will bring to the city’s transportation landscape.
